Anchorage to Seward Cruise Terminal

“ITINERARY”

**I will pick you up in Anchorage and we will begin the tour:

**Anchorage city tour.

** Stop at Beluga Point for photos and possibly see Dall Sheep.

**Short break at Girdwood Station with option to ride tram up Mt. Alyeska for lunch. (Tram and lunch fees not included).

**Visit into the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center with over 250 acres of all the Alaska animals. (Entrance fees are not included.)

**Photo stops during the next 75 miles to Seward.

**There are several things to see and do in Seward including a tour of the city. Depending on your time and schedule at this point we can decide what you would like to do.

**Drop you at your designated location in Seward.​

Seward Cruise Terminal to Anchorage

“ITINERARY”

**Pick up at Seward Cruise Terminal or Hotel

**Tour of Seward with lots of history to tell you about and an optional visit to the Alaska Seal Life Center. Then leave Seward with a stop at Bear Creek, one of my most favorite stops in Alaska.

**Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center. Over 250 acres of all Alaska animals. We can walk or drive through. (Entrance fees are not included).

**Take a break at Girdwood Station and then a tour of Girdwood with an optional Tram Ride to the top of Mt. Alyeska. (Tram/lunch fees not included).

**Occasional stops for photos of the scenic views along the Turnagain Arm and maybe see some Dall Sheep.

**Short tour around downtown Anchorage and then drop you off at your designated location.

**Note: This itinerary can be quickly customized at pick up, with these choices and others.

Anchorage to Whittier Cruise Terminal

“ITINERARY”

**I will pick you up at your hotel, airport, or other specified location.

**Anchorage City Tour.

**We’ll then head south out the Seward Highway toward the Turnagain Arm, about a 40 mile stretch with our first stop at Beluga Point.

**Then on to Girdwood to take a short break or stay for the optional tram ride up Mt. Alyeska for lunch. (Tram and lunch cost not included)

**Then on to the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, over 250 acres of all the Alaska animals. (Entrance fees are not included).

**Then go 10 miles down Portage Road through Portage Valley to Portage Lake and the Whittier Tunnel.

**After we clear the historic 2. 5 mile tunnel, I will make a short loop around Whitter, there are no long loops, and then on to your ship.

**This tour can be customized to do and see things you’ve yet to see between Anchorage and Whittier.

Whittier Cruise Terminal to Anchorage

-Meet you in the Cruise Ship Terminal. ( I will have a sign with your last name ).

– Leave Whittier via the 2. 5 mile long historical Anton Anderson Memorial Tunnel.

– Our first picture stop will be at Portage Lake, just outside the tunnel. Then the scenic 10 miles through Portage Valley to the Seward Highway.

– Shortly after we’ll enter the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, over 250 acres of all the Alaska animals. (Entrance fees are not included).

– Then we’ll head 10 more miles north for a visit into Girdwood Alaska, home of Mt. Alyeska. We can take an optional trip on the tram up to the top and have or not have lunch. (Tram/Lunch fees not included).

– After getting back on the Seward Highway we’ll take in all the sites along the Turnagain Arm where we may see some Dall Sheep.

– We’ll take in a short tour of downtown Anchorage. When you’re ready I’ll drop you at your destination.

Anchorage City & Moose Hunt Tour

We will start with heading to all four corners of the city while seeing all the popular sights.

Popular sights include:
*Anchorage salmon hatchery at Ship Creek
*Downtown landmarks
*Earthquake Park (where there were homes prior to 1964 earthquake)
*Lake Hood (the worlds largest and busiest floatplane hub)
*Flattop Mountain for an excellent view of the entire Anchorage bowl

After making the rounds in the Anchorage bowl we will drive a short distance south to Beluga Point on the Turnagain Arm for some great photos and also hopefully, may also see some Dall Sheep.

**If interested, please inquire about the 2-hour extension to this tour which includes 50 miles further south and a visit into the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center (250 acres of all the Alaska animals).

Anchorage and Beyond Tour

We will start with heading to all four corners of the city while seeing all the popular sights and maybe see a moose or two. I’ll also show where the salmon run right through downtown.

Popular sites include:
*Anchorage Salmon Hatchery
*Historical Downtown Anchorage

After making the rounds in the Anchorage bowl we will drive a short distance south to Beluga Point on the Turnagain Arm for some great photos and also may see some Dall Sheep. If the timing is right we may see people surfing the Turnagain Tidal Bore, quite a phenomenon.

Then 25 more miles to tour Girdwood and for restrooms and refreshments.

Then about 12 miles further along the Turnagain Arm to the Alaska Wildlife Conservation Center, over 250 acres of all the Alaska animals. (Entrance fees are not included.) Then back to Anchorage.
